How long can I be a member of The 101 Plan for?

When you join The 101 Plan, you are part of the 101 Plan family, and you can stay as long as you like. The 101 Plan isn't about quick fixes; it's about taking small steps every month to change your life and health for good. Every month you get new recipes, nutritional guidance, new workouts, new mindset tools like meditations.

When I am a member of The 101 Plan what support willI get?

As a member of The 101 Plan, you will have access to The 101 Plan Members Community where we are on hand to help if you have a question about a recipe, if you're not sure about an exercise or want a little motivational support. If you'd like more in-depth help, in addition to your membership, you can arrange for a 1-2-1 coaching session with one of our fabulous coaching team.

Can I join The 101 Plan if I am pregnant?

Speak to your doctor before you consider any change of routine or exercise programme. If you join The 101 Plan you don't have to do the workouts, you can focus on food and mindset. However, the most important thing is the health of you and your baby, so we still recommend talking to your health care practitioner(s) before you make any lifestyle changes, and please get in touch with any specific questions.

I am not a great cook, are The 101 Plan recipes hard to make?

You don't have to be a good cook to join The 101Plan, lots of our recipes have a skill level of chopping and stirring and we give you loads of practical help with eating out and things like making quick lunch choices in the coffee shop to make it easier for you to change your diet.

I have food allergies, can I still join The 101 Plan?

The recipe collections have lots of variety, with over 30 new recipes every single month so if there is something you are intolerant or allergic to you can find alternative recipes or and in many of the recipes you can substitute out ingredients (for instance flour for gluten-free flour). We help you to understand food and make better food choices, so while you'll get loads of recipes as a member of The 101 Plan, you are not limited to only eating 101 plan recipes.

Can I join The 101 Plan if I am vegan/vegetarian?

In the future, we plan to bring out recipe collections for vegetarians and vegans. At the moment the recipe collections do include some vegetarian options each month, but you would not get the full benefit from the nutritional part of the Plan, but the workouts and mindset aspects of the plan are suitable no matter what your dietary needs and are still fantastic value.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts vary in length and typically take up to 35 minutes to complete. We know that many people are super busy and find
fitting in workouts difficult, so we provide options for you to do shorter or longer workouts...something is (almost) always better than nothing when it comes to getting active. You'll also be able to pick your workouts to fit with your experience/fitness level.
